Just fill out our online form and an agent will call you shortly. You may also call 619-886-8723 between the hours of 9am and 9pm, 7days a week, holidays included. Q. Are there any charges or hidden fees? A. Absolutely not! Our service is 100% free. Q. Will you still take my vehicle if it is damaged and not drivable? A. No problem, if it can be re-used by us as recyclable, we can take it. Q. How long will I have to wait for my vehicle to be picked up? A. We can pick up your vehicle quickly, depending on your location and availability - it can even be within less than an hour. Some vehicles require special equipment to remove and may take a bit longer than the norm. Q. Do I need a title for you to take my vehicle? A. We normally can not take a vehicle without the title. There are a few exceptions though, please call regarding requirements. There is a possibility we may still be able to help you without one. Q. In what areas does Car To Cash provide service? A. We provide service to all of San Diego County. We may on occasion service Orange County and Riverside. Please call to discuss this option. We will be expanding in the future. If you are a company interested in becoming an affiliate please feel free to contact us. Q. If I have several vehicles to be removed, can you still help me? A. Of course! If you need multiple vehicles picked up you may enter them into our online form individually or call and discuss it with an agent. Q. How much cash do I get for my vehicle? A. The amount we pay for each vehicle varies depending upon the year, make, model and condition it is in. Please understand we are not a used car dealer nor do we sell vehicles or parts to the public. Our company mainly recycles these vehicles, therefore we do not judge by blue book value but more often by scrap metal value. Q. How can I check on the status of my request? A. The vehicle I have is not mine, but was abandoned on my property. Can you still remove it? A. No, we can no longer accept abandoned vehicles but please give us a call and we may be able to help or refer you to someone that can. Q. If the vehicle is at a different location than I am, can you still remove it? A. Yes, as long as it is located within our service area and we have the necessary paperwork in hand. Q. Do I need to be present when the vehicle is picked up? A. Special arrangements can be made with your agent. Once we have the proper paperwork you do not need to be present. Q. Can you take my vehicle even if I have unpaid parking tickets. A. Yes, we can accept the vehicle but you will still be responsible for the tickets acquired during the time in which you owned it. Q. Can I receive a tax deduction for my vehicle? A. No, we do not offer a tax deduction as we are not presently affiliated with any charities that offer tax deduction at this time. |
