    Q. How do I get started?
    A. It's easy! Just fill out our online form and your personal agent will call you within
    24 hours.


    Q. Are there any charges or hidden fees?
    A. Absolutely not!  Our service is 100% free.


    Q. Will you still take my vehicle if it is damaged and not drivable?
    A. No problem, if it is in any way recyclable we will take it.


    Q. How long will I have to wait for my vehicle to be picked up?
    A. We will pick up your vehicle within 48 hours unless there are special conditions
    such as the vehicle was unaccessible,  the customer requested another date, the
    vehicle requires special equipment to tow etc.


    Q. Do I need a title for you to take my vehicle?
    A. You do not need a title but will need to sign a release form.


    Q. In what areas does Car To Cash provide service?
    A. We provide service to all of Southern California.
    We will be expanding in the future. If you are a company interested in becoming an
    affiliate please feel free to contact us.


    Q. If I have several vehicles to be removed, can you still help me?
    A. Of course! If you need multiple vehicles picked up you may enter them into our
    online form individually or enter one and discuss it with your personal agent when
    contacted.


    Q. How much cash do I get for my vehicle?
    A. The amount we pay for each vehicle varies depending upon the year, make,
    model and condition it is in. Please understand we are not a used car dealer nor do
    we sell parts. Our company mainly recycles these vehicles, therefore we do not
    judge by blue book value but more often by scrap metal value.


    Q. How can I check on the status of my request?
    A. Once you submit the online form you will receive a call from your personal agent

    Q. The vehicle I have is not mine, but was abandoned on my
    property. Can you still remove it?
    A. Yes, but you must sign a release form.


    Q. If the vehicle is at a different location than I am, can you still
    remove it?
    A. Yes, as long as it is located within our service area and we have the necessary
    paperwork in hand.


    Q. Will I receive a receipt when you pick up my vehicle?
    A. Yes, you will be provided with a receipt when the vehicle is picked up.


    Q. Do I need to be present when the vehicle is picked up?
    A. Special arrangements can be made with your agent. Once we have the proper
    paperwork you do not need to be present.


    Q. Can you take my vehicle even if I have unpaid parking tickets.
    A. Yes, we can accept the vehicle but you will still be responsible for the tickets
    acquired during the time in which you owned it.


    Q. Can I receive a tax deduction for my vehicle?
    A. No, at this time we do not offer a tax deduction as we are not presently affiliated
    with any charities as of yet.
